Verification runs
Use the Results > Verifications Results screen to search, filter, sort, and view
completed verification runs and reports.
Verification runs are sequencing runs performed during Genexus
™
Integrated
Sequencer installation by Thermo Fisher Scientific support specialists to validate the
performance of the sequencer.
While verification run reports can be viewed by users, the runs themselves are
performed only by qualified support specialists.
The following information is available in the Results > Verification Results screen.
Column
Description
Run Plan
The name of the run, created when the run was created. Click the name to open
the View Sample Run dialog box.
Assay Name
The name of the assay used in the run plan.
Field Engineer Name
The name of the support specialist who performed the run.
Instrument Name
The name of the sequencer that was verified.
Run Status
The current status of the full sequencing run, including analysis.
QC Status
Indicates whether a sequencing run passed or failed, based on the sequencing QC
metrics selected for the assay.
Last Updated on
The date and time that the sequencing run was last updated.
Actions
• View Results—Click this link to view results for completed runs that have not
yet been approved. Manager- and administrator-level users can sign off on
the results after viewing them.
• Audit—Click this link to display the list of users who created/edited the run
plan. You can export and print information from the list from the Audit Trail
dialog box.
• CSA—Customer Support Archive. Click this link to download all of the
sequencer log files. Log files contained within the CSA may be useful when
troubleshooting issues with the sequencer. For more information, see the
