Replacing an EGC Holder
1. Turn off the power to the Dionex RFC.
2. Disconnect the holder liquid lines:
•
Disconnect
TO SRS/AES REGEN OUT
from the
REGEN OUT
port
on the suppressor.
•
Disconnect
TO INJ VALVE IN - P
from port
2
on the injection valve.
•
Disconnect
TO PUMP/DAMPER
from the pump outlet.
•
Disconnect the
WASTE, GAS SEPARATOR
from the gas separator
waste tube assembly installed on the waste container.
3. Follow the instructions in Section 6.4, Steps 3 through 7 to disconnect
the EGC cable, cap the EGC vent opening, remove the EGC from the
holder, and disconnect the inlet and outlet tubing. Set the EGC aside.
4. Disconnect the CR-TC cable from the Dionex RFC-30
CR-TC
cable.
Twist the locking ring to unlock the two cables and then pull them
apart.
5. Lift the holder out of the rack, turn it upside down, and set it on the
workbench.
6. Grasp the top of the CR-TC and lift up to disconnect it from the
holder.
7. Disconnect the liquid lines from the four ports on the CR-TC (see
