12. Feed the CR-TC cable
through the slot on the
side of the EGC holder
(see Figure 55).
13. Turn the EGC holder
right side up.

14. Reconnect the
EGC IN
and
EGC OUT
lines to the EGC inlet and outlet
ports.
15. Turn over the EGC (fittings facing down).
Shake the EGC
vigorously, and tap it with the palm of your hand 10 to 15 times.
Check that all trapped bubbles are dislodged.
16. Reinstall the EGC in the holder.
17. Remove the cap on the luer adapter by twisting.
Save the cap
.
18. Twist the luer lock and
EGC VENT
line into the luer adapter.
19. Replace the holder in the rack.
Hydrating the CR-TC
1. Locate the 10-32 to 1/4-28 coupler (P/N 042806) in the Dionex
RFC-30 Ship Kit (P/N 060299).
2. Connect the coupler between the
TO INJ VALVE IN - P
line and the
SRS/AES REGEN OUT
line.
3. Verify that the EGC, CR-TC, and suppressor are off.
