9-6. USB/RS-232C Functionality Check
Terminal
Application
(USB/RS-232C)
Invoke a terminal application such as RealTerm or
PuTTY. For RS-232C and USB, set the COM port,
baud rate, stop bit, data bit, and parity accordingly.
To check the COM port number and associated
port settings, see the Device Manager in the PC.
For Windows:
Control panel → System → Hardware tab
