7. Displace the workpiece in order to move the probe in the direction of the culmination
point to be detected.
As the workpiece (and therefore the probe) is displaced, the pointer of the
galvanometer will also move.
If the probe has still not moved to the inflection point (which means that the pointer will
turn and move in the opposite direction) and the pointer reaches the end of the display,
you have to press the context-based action key
in order to position the pointer in a
visible range. Below you find an example of the pointer at the end of the display.
