WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Warranty Information
Teltone warrants this product to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a
period of 1 year for hardware and 90 days for software. Extended warranties are
available (see “Extended Warranties” on page 118).
Note:
The warranty is voided if the unit is opened by unauthorized personnel.
To view a unit’s current warranty expiration dates, see “Viewing Unit Information”
on page 22.
Return Procedures
If a unit is found to be defective, contact Teltone customer service to obtain an RMA
(Return Material Authorization) number and shipping instructions. When returning
units, provide the following information:
•
Unit model number, unit part number, and serial number (obtained from the
Unit ID label on the bottom of the unit).
•
Teltone RMA number
•
All available fault information
•
Complete shipping and billing address
•
Repair purchase order

Maintenance
Cleaning
The Edge can be cleaned by using a damp cloth and wiping away any dust or residue
on the metal. Always disconnect power before cleaning the Edge.
Servicing
The Edge should be checked periodically for damage or hazardous conditions. There
are no user-serviceable parts in this unit.
