5. RGB Screen Display
There is a choice to display color difference signals or RGB. The choice is
accessed through the instrument’s CONFIGURE menu.
Push the CONFIG button to enter the CONFIGURE menu. Select the
WFM/VEC submenu. Push the button adjacent to the menu selection for
WFM AS to select RGB. A three line parade of the R, G, and B color
components will appear. See Figure 1-16

6. Check Gain
The WFM 601i has an internal calibration signal which can be used to check the
vertical and horizontal calibration. To display the calibration signal, press the
CONFIG button to enter the configure menu. Select CALIBRATE by turning the
knob under the list of configuration categories until CALIBRATE is highlighted.
Press the top bezel button to select CAL SIG ON.
Select WAVEFORM VIDEO DISPLAY.
The calibrator signal should now be displayed. Position the signal as in Figure
1-17.
