[:SENSe]:SSOurce:LENGth(?)
Sets or queries the range for the signal source analysis.
This command is valid when [:SENSe]:SSOurce:MEASurement is set to
RTPNoise, RTSPurious, or FVTime.
NOTE
. The [:SENSe]:SSOurce:LENGth? query may return a value smaller than
the default (1024) since the value is limited by the number of data points in the
block.

specifies the analysis length by the number of data points.
The setting range depends on option and measurement item as shown in
Table 2--60.
