turning. Replace paper
path motor if needed.

1. Printer is pulling the
paper from the customer a. Customer tried to
remove media after first
side and didn't let it enter
the duplex path
a. Train the customer
2. Media damage left lead
corner a. Hitting the left wall under
control panel

If necessary, replace
front panel assembly.
Replace printer if
chassis warped

duplex path a. Media was pulled from
exit into duplex while
