3. Remove the small module chassis: See Figure 4--41, page 4--68.
a. Remove the nine T-10 Torxdrive screws from front panel.
CAUTION.
One of these Torxdrive screws secures a

16
inch hex nut and
grounding lug to the inside chassis. When removing the top right T-10 Torxdrive
screw, make sure this ground nut is retained for later reassembly. See
Figure 4--41, page 4--68.
b.
Remove the seven

/
16
inch hex nuts that secures the small module
chassis to the instrument.
c. Lift the chassis up and out of the instrument.
4. Remove the large module chassis: See Figure 4--41, page 4--68.
a. Remove the four T-10 Torxdrive screws from the front panel.

Remove the eleven

16
inch hex nuts that secure the optical module
chassis to the instrument.
c. Remove all the snap-on ejector lever handles.
d. Lift the back of the chassis up over the studs, then slide the chassis to
the rear and out of the instrument.
