Impossible to finish current process.
Probable Cause
Solution
- Injector flow deficiency.
- Mounting error of the hydraulic connections.
- Leaking hydraulic connections.
- Dirt on the valves causing retention
problems.
- Dirt in the measuring system.
- Steel filings on level sensors.
- Level sensor faults.
- Injector activation driver failures.
- Faults in the power supplies of the drivers.
- Failures in pressure control.
- Injector is not able to perform the entire flow
test.
- Replace the injector and try to retake the test.
- Check all hydraulic connections, mainly the
returning ones. Return connections must be
connected to their respective return channels.
- Check connection leakages.
- Contact Technical Assistance to perform the
complete periodic maintenance.

Impossible to test the DRV valve.
Probable Cause
Solution
- Bad contact with the electrical connection of
the pressure-regulating valve to be tested.
- Valve to be tested is damaged or outside
working range. Valves with electrical damage
will not be mechanically tested.
- Damage to the test valve activation driver.
- Damage to the valve detection circuit.
- Check the electrical connections of the
pressure regulator to be tested.
- Check the condition of the valve to be tested
with an ohmmeter.
- Check the correct application of the valve
- Replace the valve to test the test channel.
