Mounting and closing the Back Leak Filter manually
1- Position the components as the image above (1).
Pay attention to the
orientation of the sintered filter: the closed face of the filter must be in
contact with the spring.
Use a light force to overcome the spring force and find the initial thread. Be
careful with the spring force when closing. Protect your eyes to avoid accidents.
2- Rotate the filter body clockwise to close.
3- Screw the Back Leak Filter assembly back onto the equipment. Do not use
wrenches for tightening.
Check the o-rings on the set. If any are broken or deformed, replace them.
NOTE: Close the filter assembly by screwing with your hands. Do not use
wrenches or pliers to close the filter or install it on the machine, as there is
a risk of rupture of the o´rings.
ATTENTION: The use of the filter with the sintered element different from
the one provided by the TECNOMOTOR, dirty or obstructed can cause
rupture of the hoses and deviations of measurement values, as well as
damage to the measuring system and loss of warranty of the equipment.
