ISO-8859-1 and UTF-8 are appropriate for European languages. SHIFT-JIS,
EUC-JP, and ISO-2022-JP are appropriate for Japanese.

Check this box to send the notification to the recipients listed in the
message envelope (not the recipients listed in the
To:
header).
Others
Check this box to send the notification to one or more complete
email addresses that you specify. Separate multiple email addresses
with a comma, semicolon, or space.
