Note: the RG1000 filter has to be used all
the time.
Note: for best screen pictures try different
KG/NG-filters.
Important: Check CCD saturation
(not much YAG light on the CCD).

tion OFF (Adjusting microscope).

YAG-spot diameter increase.

16. Repeat the lateral adjustment carefully (point 4 to 7 of chapter 10.2.5.2) with opened beam shutter
Important : Release screws item 10 or item 11, not both together.
17. Close the beam shutter.
18. Select the beam shutter «with stop».
