13.3. Adjustment of the cabinet temperature CL32/CL60
The cabinet cooler regulates the cabinet temperature by controlling the external cooling water.
The regulating valve for the cabinet temperature is located in the cabinet above the cooling water pump.
Adjustment:
Position 5, i.e., clockwise up to the stop.
Verification: 1. At room temperature the valve remains closed.
2. During operation, the cabinet temperature at the temperature sensor is at 32 - 38 deg
C, max. 50 deg C.
13.3.8 Removal and installation of the detector
Remark: The flow detector can be removed and installed, but it has not to be disassembled because of
factory adjustment.
In case of any damage the flow detector must be changed entirely.
1. Remove electrical connection to the NLS (Contact X50/08b, X50/08d and X50/08z) and loose cable
out of the harness.
2. Drain the cooling water with the drain cock on the pump (refer to removal of the cooling water
pump)
3. Release coupling connection item 1.
4. Release union nut item 2. Do not lose the seal!
5. Remove flow detector with assembled devices entirely from the housing and release union nuts on
both sides of the flow detector to extract. At the entry side is a sieve.
