Remote Control Accepted
Indicates, that the laser can be remote controlled through this interface.
Includes all sensible activities.

Shutter is open
Is 1, when the beam shutter is open.
Is 0, when the beam shutter is in motion or closed.
20d OK O
Laser OK
Indicates, that the laser is operating within its tolerances (voltage) and that no
fault is present (interlock, overload).
20z FINP1 O
Fiber 1 In Position
Indicates, that the deflection mirrors for all fiber optic cables are in the required
position.
If this signal is 0, the mirrors are still in motion or have got stuck.
22d LSTAT0 O
Laser Status 0
In addition to OK, one other condition can be displayed.

Fiber In Position
In addition to FINP1, indicates the currently set fiber combination (mirrors are
in this position).

Output of the watchdog.
In case of a fault, opens the electric safety circuit.

Is located in the safety circuit, indicates, that the SW finds everything to be
OK.

Laser warning lamp
Controls a laser warning lamp (in accordance with regulations).

Laser-ON lamp
Indicates, that the laser in the ON condition.
30d LSBYL O
Laser-Stand-By lamp
Indicates, that the laser is in stand-by.
30z HENE O
Helium-Neon-Laser
Controls the HeNe laser (on/off).
32d SHCL O
Shutter Blocked Lamp
Indicates the condition of the beam blocking.
32z SOC1 O
Output to beam shutter.
Commands it to open.
