Water level sensing probe malfunction. Verify operation. Clean or
replace as necessary.

Fill solenoid valve remains open. Repair or replace valve as

Poor electrical connection between water level sensing probe and
control. Inspect connections and tighten if necessary.

Water level sensing probe malfunction. Verify operation. Clean or
replace as necessary.
2.
Pump suction pick-up pipe clogged. Clean pick-up pipe.
3.
Water temperature in excess of 195 °F (91 °C). Lower temperature
set point.
4.
Self-cleaning screen clogged. Remove debris from screen.
5.
Loose hose connection on pump suction pick-up pipe. Tighten
hose clamps or replace as necessary.
6.
Too much soap in wash recirculating tank. Drain wash recirculat-
ing tank, refill with fresh water, and decrease detergent injection
rate.

Too much water entering cham-
ber. Excess amount of water going
to overflow drain.
1.
Hot water supply valve closed. Open water supply valve.
2.
Manual drain valve open. Close valve.
3.
Water level sensing probe malfunction. Verify operation. Clean or
replace as necessary.
4.
Building supply-line strainers clogged. Clean strainers.
8.
Pump runs with insufficient or no
pump pressure.
1.
Self-cleaning screen clogged. Remove debris from screen.
2.
Spray jets clogged. Clean spray jets and headers.
3.
Drain line plugged. Flush out line.
9.
Pump runs with too much pres-
sure.
1.
Drain opening at bottom of recirculating tank plugged. Flush out
drain opening.
2.
Drain line plugged. Flush out line.
3.
Defective drain valve. Repair or replace as necessary.
10. Recirculating tank does not drain
completely.
