To carry out these settings, use the following procedure.

In the SYSTEM menu, press F3 (SYSTEM SETUP).
The SYSTEM SETUP menu appears.

Carry out the operation in the following table to make the required
setting.

Setting the date
Press F1 (DATE), then enter the date from the
numeric keypad, in the American order (mm-dd-
yy), but separating the items by periods.
For example, to set the date to 5th December
1995, enter “12.5.1995” then press the ENTER
button.
Setting the time
Press F2 (TIME), then enter the time (hh:mm:ss)
from the numeric keypad, using the 24-hour clock
and separating the items by periods.
For example, to set the time to 14:25:20, enter
“14.25.20” then press the ENTER button.
Selecting the signal format
Toggling the 7.5 IRE setup on
or off (D2-525 systems only)
Go to step 3.
Setting the screen aspect

Go to step 3.
Selecting the video switching
timing
Press F6 (SWITCH TIMING).
This cycles the setting through ANY, EVEN and
ODD (D2 systems)/ANY, F1 and F2 (D1
systems).
Press F7 (RESUME) or F8 (PANEL RESUME).
This toggles the setting on and off.
Selecting the state at power

Setting the buzzer
Press F9 (ALARM).
This toggles the setting on and off.
