the motors do not respond to actions on the remote control

the remote control range is reduced
- Check the remote control battery
The service life of the battery is generally 2 years.
Used batteries must be returned to the distributor or disposed of at a waste sorting centre

the electronic unit’s stAtUs indicator is off
Check the power supply.
Check the supply cable.
The light outside is insufficient. The motors are on standby. Increase the light around the
electronic unit (using a torch, for example) if you want to make adjustments.

the button stored does not work
Try to control the motor by pressing another button on the remote control.
If your motor responds to this action, you have stored this button on the remote control.
Only one button can be stored per remote control.
l
the motor is unlocked
Check the position of the motors’ lock knob (see page 28).

- External surroundings
Certain elements can interfere with radio transmission (electrical pylons, reinforced metal
walls, etc.). If this is the case, fit an external aerial.
Check the aerial wiring
Check that the aerial has not been removed or
crushed.
The aerial must be positioned as shown in the
illustration opposite
