3.5 Einstellen der Zinkenlaufbahn 3.5 Adjusting the steering curve

Zur Anpassung der Zinkenlaufbahn an die
örtlichen Verhältnisse die folgenden Schritte
beachten:

Schraube (1) lösen

Stellhebel (2) verstellen:
a) Nach rechts (in Fahrtrichtung) =
Zinkenspitzen heben später auf (z.B.
beim Schwadwenden oder Frischfutter)
b) Nach links (in Fahrtrichtung) =
Zinkenspitze heben früher aus (z.B.
beim Schwaden oder Trockenfutter)

Stellhebel (2) nach der Einstellung wieder
mit Schraube (1) sichern.
To adjust the steering curve correctly follow the
next steps:

Loosen the screw (1).

Set the lever (2):
a) to the right (in driving direction) = spring
tines lift later (in case of turning the
swaths or fresh fodder)
b) to the left (in driving direction) = spring
tines lift earlier (in case of swathing or
dry fodder)

After the shift fix the lever (2) with the screw
(1) again.

Transport
3.6 Preparing the swather for
transport

Der Schwader darf nur dann auf Straßen
gefahren sein, wenn Fahrwerk auf
Hinterrotor rechteckig mit dem Helm des
Hinterrotors ist (zweiseitiger
Hydraulikzylinder ist
zusammengepresst!)

Die Fahrt mit erhobenem Schwader in
neigung ist verboten, so wie die
Schnellfahrt in die Kurve wegen des
Umsturzes.

The swather is allowed to be driven on
roads only when the chassis on the
rear rotor is square to helm of the rear
rotor (two sided hydraulic cylinder is
pressed!)

Driving with lifted swather in inclination
is forbidden, as well as to fast driving
in curves because of overthrowing.
