"Limits" parameter
With the "Limits" parameter the monitoring of up to 6 limit values (Limit 0 to Limit 5) can be
set.
The "Result Logic Array" limit value comprises limits 0 to 5.

Threshold value Setting of the threshold beyond which a limit violation is
triggered.

Unit Display for the unit of the measured variable of the
threshold value.

Mode Setting of the comparison operation used for detecting a
limit violation. For example, if "greater than" is set, a limit
overrun is detected.
Hysteresis Setting of the hysteresis for the limit value. The hysteresis
shifts the threshold value to the exit from the limit
violation by the specified value. In this way, a fluctuation
around the threshold value can be hidden.
Range : 0.0% to 20.0%
The percentage refers here to the value specified in the
"THRESHOLD VALUE" field.

Delay Setting of the delay before reporting the limit violation in
seconds.
Range: 0 s to 10 s
The detection of the limit violation is delayed by the
specified value. This enables momentary limit violations to
