Assuming you have SIM card installed in your phone, as described in

Up Your Phone
, and activate it the way described in the
Welcome Guide
,
your phone should automatically connect to mobile data service as your SIM
card should be pre-activated by your cellular service providers.
It is strongly suggested that you perform the following actions to check if you
have connected to mobile data service.

Swipe down twice to open Quick Setting Panel, and see if the
Mobile
Data
icon is enabled, or go to
Settings
-->
Network & internet
-->
Mobile network
to see if the toggle switch
of
Mobile data
is
turned on
. Information of your cellular service provider and current
mobile data usage is also shown here.

Next,
make a phone call
.

Then, open your browser and visit a website.
Option: turn on the toggle switch
of Roaming if needed.

: If you find some problem in any of the steps above, contact your
carrier's customer services immediately for help regarding your SIM card
activation.
