Looping through the DC 24 V supply voltage in the MFZ.1 module terminal box

There are 2 M4 × 12 studs in the connection area of the DC 24 V supply. The
studs can be used for looping the DC 24 V supply voltage.

The terminal studs have a current carrying capacity of 16 A.
•
The permitted tightening torque for the hex nuts of the terminal studs is 1.2 Nm ±
20 %.

Additional connection options with MFZ.6, MFZ.7 and MFZ.8 field distributors
•
The connection area of the DC 24 V supply comprises an X29 terminal block with
2 M4 × 12 studs and a pluggable X40 terminal.

The X29 terminal block can be used as an alternative to the X20 terminal (see
chapter "Unit Structure" in the manual) for looping through the DC 24 V supply
voltage. Both studs are connected internally to the 24 V connection at terminal
X20.
