8.4.3.5 Running of calibration command
Holding registers with addresses from 3000 to 3003 are used for implementation of
calibration commands running procedure.
Writing of N value into register 3000-3003 starts running of CAL N calibration command.
Results of calibration command running (int16) is stored in the same registers (3000-3001).
If calibration command uses calibration parameters, it is required to put them into
registers 3002-3003 in advance.
Command may not have parameters, and then it is sufficient to write number of this
command into register 3000 for its running. Reading of register 3000 provides status of
running command (0 - execution failure, 90 - complete, 99 - calibration commands were not
executed since start-up).
Operations with remapping registers
The devices support editing of specific area of register map (4000-4124). Registers of
this area are named remapping registers.
Remapping registers allow forming user's required set of registers in one integral
memory area. Such registers structure leads to simplified interrogation and device
configuration procedure because it allows reading and writing required parameters with one
Modbus RTU packet.
Parameters stored in remapping registers are defined by table of remapping registers
addresses (5000-5124). Each remapping register complies with its register from address map
(register 4000 complies with register 5000; register 4001 complies with register 5001 and etc.).
An example of remapping registers use is shown on figure 8.7. For example, to put
concentration value, % LFL (int16) at address 4000, address of "Concentration, % LFL"
register - 16 - shall be written at address 5000.
