Factory setting of address (parameter Ad ) - from 01 to 08 in accordance with table of
configuration parameters of gas detector configuration data sheet, if otherwise not stated in
purchase order.
Viewing of address is available for operation modes with "user" and "administrator"
access level.
To change address, "administrator" access level is required.
Change of address is as follows:
- enter configuration menu;
- run command
C231 (enter administrator mode);
- scroll and select menu item Info ;
- scroll to Ad subitem, current value of address is displayed;
- to change, enter Ad subitem and type new address of gas detector;
- scroll to End item and exit with saving parameters;
- run command C230 (exit administrator mode).
Value of parameter Ad must be recorded in the table of configuration parameters of gas
detector configuration data sheet.
If the address of gas detector is unknown, 0 address may be used to enter configuration
mode. At the same time, all other devices having addresses must be disconnected from SENS
line.
ATTENTION! USE OF 0 ADDRESS TO ENTER CONFIGURATION MODE IS ONLY
REASONABLE FOR VIEWING OF SINGLE DEVICE PARAMETERS; OTHERWISE
PARAMETERS OF multiple DEVICES MAY BE CHANGED BY MISTAKE.
Viewing of error code (parameter Er ) and version (ID) of firmware (parameter Pn ) is
performed similar to viewing address, by selection of corresponding menu subitems.
Possible error codes are shown in table 8.5.

12 0070 Error 6, 7 and 9 at the same time
13 0080 Drift of measurement range zero to negative area
8.4.2.16 Working in emulation mode
"Administrator" access level is required to enter emulation mode.
Emulation mode is a special mode of gas detector operation.
Measuring process is suspended in emulation mode, value of measured concentration is
recorded; at the same time, calculation function for other parameters remains available.
