5. Install the spiral spring

. WARNING!
The spiral spring can pop out. Cover
the spiral spring with rags when
installing it.
TIP:
Hook the end

of the spiral spring

the protrusion

on the manual starter cover

6. Install the sheave drum B , and then turn
it to fit the end

of the spiral spring C
into the slot

7. Install drive pawl spring 1 E and the
drive plate F , and then tighten the screw
G to the specified torque.
