Removing the power unit (remote
control model)
1. Remove the grommet holder 1 , and
then remove the rigging grommet 2 and
grommet 3 .
2. Remove the clips 4 , and then discon-
nect the shift link rod 5 , shift cable 6 ,
and throttle cable 7 .
3. Unfasten the 10-pin main wiring harness
coupler

from the holders

4. Disconnect the 10-pin main wiring har-
ness coupler

, and then unfasten the
extension wiring harness

from the
holders

5. Disconnect the battery cables

tery lead

, and then unfasten the nega-
tive battery cable from the holder

6. Disconnect the battery lead connector

7. Remove the PTT relay cover
