Tilt down operation
When the down side of the PTT switch is pushed, fluid pressure created by the gear pump

causes PTT fluid to flow into the down side of the shuttle piston

and pushes the down valve

causing it to open. At this point, the fluid pressure forces the shuttle piston

to slide to the up valve

The relief valve
