Removing the clamp bracket
1. Remove the ground lead

Installing the clamp bracket
1. Tighten the self-locking nut

completely
onto the shorter threaded end of the
through tube

2. Install the tilt stopper plates

to the
clamp brackets

and

, and then
tighten the nuts

to the specified
torque.
