7.1.13 FETCh? subsystem commands
The FETCh? subsystem commands are mainly used to direct SM6026 to input a measurement result.
Command tree:
The FETCh[:IMP]? query directs SM6026
to input the last measurement result to the output buffer
zone.
Query syntax: FETCh[:IMP]?
For example: WrtCmd (“TRIG:SOUR BUS”)
WrtCmd (“TRIG”)
WrtCmd (“FETC?”)
SM6026 applies ASCII to delivery result, details are follows.
On measurement display page, bin NO. display page, bin count display page, ASCII data output format

<status> format: When above measurement data is used, <status> data will display measurement status.
The output format of the <Status> display data uses 2-digits ASCII: SN (S: +/-, N: from 0 to 4)
NOTE: When <status> is -1, +1 or +2, the measurement data is 9.99999E37. When <status> is 0, +3
or +4, the real measurement data is beyond the limits.
