When the communication signal is lost for a period longer than the
setting of this parameter, the inverter deems that communication fault
occurs.
When it is set at 0, the inverter will not detect the signals at the serial
port, i.e., this function is invalid.
Response delay refers to the time from the inverter receiving and
executing the command of the host to returning reply frame to the host.
For RTU mode, the actual response delay should be no less than 3.5
bytes’ transmitting time.
