Enter IO-Board number, loop number and the bus address point requiring single point test
and click on "OK" button to start the relevant test, and the screen display is as follows:
Fig 4- 52 The result of the single point test
The curve in the figure represents current state of detector/module. The scale is marked on
vertical coordinate at the left side of the screen, from which the information return value can be
read. The user may click on "Exit" button at the right bottom corner of the screen at any time, to
exit out of the single-point test state. The figure above shows the smoke blowing test of
photoelectric smoke detector and the changing process of smoke concentration value can be
seen from the figure.
The lower section displays the following contents:
Manufacturing type: indicating actual manufact type of detector/module being tested.
Current state: indicating the state of detector/module being tested, such as normal,
short-circuit, alarm and fault.
On-line state: indicating whether detector/module being tested has repeated address on
the loop. If repeated address is shown, detector/module being tested might be in error state and
the returned value is invalid.
Background value, alarm value and drift value: shown only when the photoelectric smoke
detector is under test, indicating the corresponding background value, alarm value and drift
value.
Note:
As the alarm function of the system will be lost temporarily during single-point test,
the modes are divided into
USE MODE
and
DEBUG MODE
. U
NDER THE USE MODE
, the single-point
test state will be exited automatically within 60s of the single-point test; under the
DEBUG MODE
,
the system will return to normal monitor state from the single-point test state after 20 minutes of
single-point test.
