Step 4) Specify the Date of Print. The date of print sets allowed period of printing for the card holder.
(Optional)
Step 5) Set the sort key. (Optional) Sort key means the report will be sorted out based on the designated
data. Employee ID, employee name, company name and department name can be the key.
Step 6) Set the sort order. (Optional) The report will be sorted according to the designated order of
ascending or descending, by the sort key.
Step 7) After specifying search key, sort key, and sort order in steps 1 ~ 6, click [
] button on the toolbar.
If no report specifi cs described in Steps 1 ~ 6 are selected, the report preview will display a report
for all available employees.
Step 8-1) To print, click print button on the preview window’s toolbar.
Step 8-2) To export the preview into a different fi le format, click [Conversion] in the preview toolbar and
select desired fi le format. (Exporting into TIF image format will produce an image of the report
rotated by 90 degrees.)
