Video Monitoring

If you want to print out a report, click [Print] in the preview tool bar to print out the report.

If you export the report in a different ﬁ le format, click [Conversion] in the preview tool bar to export the report
in a desired ﬁ le format.

Search criteria

- Recorder Model Name: If you select Recorder Model Name for the search criteria, click Search to

display a list of recorder models. Select a desired recorder model.

- Recorder Name: One of search criteria, search will be performed by the recorder name.

- Sort By: Specify the display order of the data for a printed report. Select Recorder Model Name or Recorder Name.

- Sort Order: Select either ascending order or descending order.

- Conversion: If you want to export the report in formats of TEXT, PDF or TIF, click [Conversion] in the

preview tool bar. Note that saving as a PDF may not produce proper formatting if used font
cannot be found from the computer. Change the font used on such occasions.

How to change font

From the top menu, click [Tools] > [Options].

On the left menu of options, click Font in the [View] menu.

Select a desired font for [Report Font], and click [Apply] button.

LIVE VIDEO

The event video can be played on the live screen only if the camera is mapped with the recorder and the access control device.

(



This is not available in SAMS Pro Lite.)

To watch the live video

To view the live video, the recorder should be checked to be enabled; the camera should be checked to be enabled
and connected to the recorder.

Live video using the integrated monitoring

From the top menu, select [Monitoring] > [Integrated Monitoring]. Move to the camera list tab, and right-click
a camera to select Live.

If the map has a camera icon displayed, right-click the icon to play the live video.

Live video using the graphic map

From the top menu bar, select [Operation Management] - [Graphic Map Setting]. Click [Graphic Map Setting]

Move to the Camera tab, right-click a camera and select Live in the context menu.

From the top menu bar, select [Operation Management] - [Graphic Map Setting]. Click [Graphic Map Setting]

From the right graphic map, right-click a camera and select Live in the context menu.

Live video in the main screen

From the left tabs of the main screen, select the rightmost [Recorder Connection Status] tab and press the
small refresh button <
