The ECR60 contains two output ports, which are used to set the corresponding function
of the output port.
The port functionality is defined as follows:

0 Custom output
1 Alarm output
2 Holding gate output
3 Output in place
When set to custom output, the state of the port can be controlled by the polarity
setting of 0x2006.
