Remark
4
Check whether the guide rails are dirty.
If necessary, remove dirt from the guide rails.
5
Extend the kiln floor completely to the end position.
6
Completely unload the kiln floor.
7
Use the handle to lift the extended kiln floor approx.
2 cm vertically upwards and then lower it again.
Brief lifting causes the guide rollers to be placed
evenly on the guide rails again and allows them
to run smoothly.
8
Align the extended kiln floor in the middle. To do this,
lift the kiln floor slightly and align it centrally with the kiln
casing.
Brief lifting and central alignment cause the
guide rollers to be placed evenly on the guide
rails again and allows them to run smoothly.
9
Carefully retract the kiln floor into the kiln. If the
insulating firebricks of the kiln floor rub against the
firebricks of the kiln, extend the truck out again and re-
adjust it.
The kiln floor should move smoothly and run in
the middle between the guide rails.
