Automatic exhaust air flap
The kiln can optionally be equipped with an automatic exhaust air flap. This automatic exhaust air flap is opened and
closed by an electric servomotor. The exhaust air flap servomotor is located on the rear of the kiln.

The automatic exhaust air flap is operated and controlled via the control unit.
To do this, the appropriate event function in the particular kiln control system must be selected.

You must read the relevant instruction manual for the control system carefully!
Manual interlocking and unlocking of the exhaust air flap servomotor (e.g., in the event of a power failure):
If the exhaust air flap servomotor has been properly unlocked, the exhaust air flap can be opened or closed manually.
The servomotor must be interlocked again so that the exhaust air flap servomotor can be controlled via the control unit
once more.

NOTE
The operator of the kiln is instructed to discharge the exhaust gases through the installed
exhaust air opening! For this purpose, the exhaust air opening should be connected to an
appropriate exhaust air system.
