LAN
The R&S
ZNLE is equipped with a network interface and can be connected to an
Ethernet LAN (local area network). The network card can be operated with a 1
GBit Ethernet IEEE 802.3u interface. Thus, a crossover cable is not necessary
(due to Auto-MDI(X) functionality).
The assignment of the RJ-45 connector supports twisted-pair category 5
UTP/STP cables in a star configuration (UTP stands for
unshielded twisted pair

USB
The rear panel provides two additional female USB (3.0 standard) connectors to
connect devices like a keyboard, a mouse or a memory stick (see also
4.2.9
Device ID
The unique device identifier is provided as a barcode sticker on the rear panel of
the R&S
ZNLE.
It consists of the device order number and a serial number.
