Symptom
Error Code 6 “Carriage height is too low” error may occur when operating Motion Test
menu on Print Control software.
This error may occur when operate Motion Test as below.
・
Select Cleaning Lifter, then click X+ with wiper up then click X- with wiper down .
After these operations, as result may occur
“
Carriage height is too low
”
error.
And you may not be able to move carriage any more due to this error.
