Symptom
Caps may be out from capping unit.
Cause
Vibration during transportation or incorrect daily care around the cap.
Required
Check whether the caps are not out from capping unit and reseat them if they are out.
Instruct to customer that wipe around the cap from above not side the cap when
cleaning. And instruct to the customer that reseat the caps if they are out from capping
unit.
