Cleaning Ink
Supply Tubes and Sub Tanks with Ink
Cleaning Ink Supply Tubes and Sub Tanks with Ink (Three times)
Clean the contamination such as dust in the ink tubes and the sub tanks at this procedure.
•
Before doing the following procedure,
make sure that the Table Front Right Door is OPEN.
If
the Print Control software is started up when the doors are closed, the carriage starts the
initializing operation and starts moving while the ink drops down from the print heads.
•
Negative pressure should be set to 0 kPa in order to prevent invasion of garbage to print head.
Refer to
Resetting the Negative Pressure Value to Zero
for a detail.
1.
Connect the connectors for sub tank ink end detector with the carriage board 1 [A],
disconnected in (Disconnecting the Connectors (Between Carriage Board 1 and Sub Tanks).
The connector number is marked on the carriage board 1. Connect the connectors to the right
places.
Standard Mode : 1:W, 2:C, 3:M, 4:Y, 5:K, 6:Cl, 7:Pr
Double White Mode : 1:W, 2:C, 3:M, 4,Y, 5:K, 6:W2
