The thermistor is defective.

The spring mechanism for the fusing pressure roller is defective.

•

Incorrect toner type.

•

Non-recommended paper type.

Action:

1. Check to see if the correct type of paper and toner are in use.

If it is, go to step 2.

If not, use recommended types of paper and toner.
