This value is sent in the CR packet. This value
must match the value stored in the other
terminal, or communication will stop (CI will be
returned). If the other end returns CI, check
the value of the packet window size with the
other party.
Note that this value must be the same as the
value programmed for the transport block size
(G4 Parameter Switch 0B, bits 0 to 3).
Normally, do not change the default setting.
