Copy Standby Mode Disabled (User Parameter SW05 Bit3=0)
After the machine is powered on and has remained idle for the amount of time
prescribed by the energy saver mode timer (System Switch SW0B Bits 3 and 2),
the machine shifts to either Energy Save Standby or Fax Standby, depending on
the setting of User Parameter SW05 Bit 7 and Bit 6.
