o) Swash plate mixer
Independently from the swash plate type and the helicopter programme selected for it at the transmitter ((HP1, HP2 or
HP3), the commands and the coordination between the control functions for nod, roll and pitch servos are mixed in the
transmitter. Within the swash plate mixer, the influence of the servo mixers on each other can be set.
To choose this function, first switch on the transmitter. Press the "UP" and
"DN" buttons at once nine times Use the "UP" and "DN" buttons to select
mixers PA, PE and PP.
PA = Setting the mixing proportion for rolling
PE = Setting the mixing proportion for nodding
PP = Setting the mixing proportion for pitch
With the buttons "INC" or "DEC", you can adjust the values between -100
and 100.
The mixing proportions depend on the mechanical features of your helicopter, the swash plate type and
the servo used. For these reasons, we cannot make any more concrete indications regarding the best
settings. Maybe all or some mixers (PA, PE or PP) require negative values.
However, independent of their being positive or negative, all three mixing proportion values should have
identical values for a basic setting (e.g. all value 50). For fine adjustment, make small changes to these
values.
