d) Control layout
Press the "DN" button. You are now in the programming function for switch-
ing the "control layout". By pressing the "INC" and "DEC" buttons, you can
switch between modes 1 ("d1") and 2 ("d2").
Upon delivery, the transmitter is set to mode 2. You can, however, adapt the transmitter to individual control habits. The
following control modes are available for this purpose:
• Mode 1:
For "mode 1", both control units must be changed from "neutralising" to "non-neutralising". Observe the
notes in the operating instructions regarding "commissioning the transmitter".
Right control stick up/down:
Throttle servo/speed controller and pitch
Right control stick left/right:
Roll servo
Left control stick up/down:
Pitch servo
Left control stick left/right:
Tail servo
• Mode 2 (delivery status):
Right control stick up/down:
Pitch servo
Right control stick left/right:
Roll servo
Left control stick up/down:
Throttle servo/speed controller and pitch
Left control stick left/right:
Tail servo
Switching the transmitter from d1 to d2 has no influence on the possibly programmed model memory. All
mixers and setup values are taken over 1:1 and merely assigned to the new control units. When using
helicopter programmes, modes 3 and 4 cannot be chosen due to the complex mixers.
