• The tire explosion can fling the tire, rim and driving axle 1

5 feet away
or even farther. The exploding and splashing pieces will cause
severe damage and personal injury even death. Please make sure
the tire pressure is normal and do not inflate it above the rated
pressure.
•
While the forklift is traveling, the heat generated from high speed
will bring up the tire pressure to a certain degree. This is normal
situation, do not try to reduce it. You shall speed down or stop
the forklift to cooling the tires. But if the forklift is in constant
high-speed traveling, the overheated tires could cause themselves
explode. Please pay attention to that.
•
When adjusting the pressure, try best to stay away from the tires by
standing behind them.
•
To avoid over inflation, you need proper inflation tools and training
related to tool use.

• Keep daily check of tires and rims. Do not operate in low pressure.
Check if any cracks in tire or blisters such damages.
•
Check if the rim-linking bolts and nuts are missing and if the torque of
tightened rim-linking nuts meet the suggested value of manufacturer.
• When checking the tires, do not enter the place in front or behind the
tires rotation. Check at the side. If you need to disassemble the tire, fix
other tires by wedges.
•
When doing welding near the tires, please be cautious because of the

signs.
•
The tires shall be stored in dry and clean place. The moisture will
speed up the oxidation of the rubber and the dirt or oils will cause
erosion to the tire. Make sure the tires are stored in shading,
heat-proof place and avoid air ventilation. The tires shall be covered
by canvas, plastic cloth or dust-proof cloth. Any incorrect storage will
severely affect the tire quality and service life.
•
Place the tire on the flat ground and fix it by with wedge block. In this
