When traveling on a ramp, always keep the forks pointing up to the grade,
regardless the direction of traveling. Never travel across the ramp in transverse direction
or spiral up a ramp.
18. Keep good operation habits.

Always sit on the seat during operation and make sure to fasten the seat
belt and the safety protection device. The
F
orklift should be in
controllable condition.
• Please operate the working device control lever right and safely, and
avoid any wrong operation.
• Carefully check the failure and immediately report the failure if it occurs.
Do not repair those parts when they are working.
• The cargo should not exceed the loading capacity specified on the
plate of load curve diagram. It can be very dangerous if you operate the
F
orklift beyond its performance limit. Please confirm the cargo weight
in advance to avoid overload. Company is not responsible for any
machine failure of personal injury cause by overload.

The
F
orklift should keep parallel angle when loading or unloading
the cargo. If you operate the
F
orklift from oblique direction, the
F
orklift may lose balance and cause danger. Please avoid this kind of
operation.

Before you operate the
F
orklift, you should walk in front of the cargo
and make sure there is no abnormality around.

Before entering narrow area ( like tunnels, overpasses and garages),
please check the condition of working site before the operation.
Please operate carefully when loading the cargo in strong wind and
prevent the
F
orklift from rolling over.
• When the mast is lifted up to the maximum height, please operate
discreetly. The movement of lifting the working device up to the
maximum height to do the loading operation can put the
F
orklift
in unstable condition. Please move the
F
orklift slowly and do not
make the forks descend.
•
When operating the
F
orklift together with a vehicle, please prevent
the mast (forks) from hitting the vehicle. Nobody is allowed to
stand beneath the forks. Do not put the forks above the vehicle cabin.
•
Carefully observe the rear area of the
F
orklift before you reverse it.
•
When there is low visibility caused by smoke, fog or flying dust,
please immediately stop the operation. If the light ray is not
enough at the working site, you must install the lighting device.

Make sure the working lights are in normal condition.

It is easy to have illusion of cargo height and distance during night
operation.

Stop the Forklift from time to time to check surrounding condition and
the Forklift during night operation. Please always keep caution.
• Before entering a bridge or other architecture, make sure there is
enough strength for the
F
orklift to pass through.
•
The forklift should not be used for other purpose. If you use the tip or
one part of the working device to hoist, stir, push or do traction
