• Sharp braking is prohibited in traveling with a load, except in special
circumstances.
•
In the circumstance of earring large cargo can block the view of the operator.
Please travel by reversing the
forklift
except when climbing a ramp.
•
Never use your
forklift
in a gale, because strong wind power will impair
the stability of the
Forklift
.
•
While travel with load, make sure the cargo is on the platform. Lifting the
fork up to high position is prohibited.
• Parking
*
Slow down, step on the brake pedal to stop
the
Forklift (if it is mechanical truck, please
also step on the clutch pedal).
*
Gear-shifting handle in neutral gear.
*
Pull the hand brake lever.
*
Lower down the forks and tilt forward the
mast.
*
Run idle for about 3 minutes and turn the key
switch to "OFF" position. Then pull the wire
of shutdown to cut off the engine and pull out
the key.

I Warning I
If there is forklift failure, you shall report to management
and call Ranko Service Department.
Items must be done after daily work:
*
Check the fuel reserve.
*
Check the oil level of engine oil pan and clean. If the oil level is
over high and it is getting thinner, please find out the problem and
solve it.
*
Check for any leakage.
•
Drive the forklift in compliance with the traffic rules in the factory and
maintain a
safe
distance
*
Check the transmission, torque converter, hydraulic oil pump,
steering gear and front & rear axle to see if any overheating.
*
Check the rim bolts, transmission shaft bolts and all the pins and
axles to see if any are loose.
*
If in cold environment, please drain the cooling water (if the
temperature is lower than
3
2
°
F.
*
Check the condition of working device, appearance and air
pressure of tires.
*
Fill the grease in all the oil filling spots of working device as
case may require.
*
Clean the
forklift
exterior and dirt on the working device.
