• In the condition of transporting the
F
orklift by tailer, please comply
with regulation of weight, height, width and length stated in national
and local laws, and also related traffic rules.

While confirming the transportation route, please consider the
F
orklift weight, height, width and length.
•
When passing bridge or building on private domain, check first if the
strength can bear the
F
orklift weight. When traveling on public
roads, please comply with relative regulations.
•
When considering other ways (loading into containers) of transporting
the
F
orklift, it needs to be disassembled. Please contact
R
anko or the
distributors appointed.
The precaution measures of operation, maintenance and safety
operation mentioned in this manual apply to the specified functions of
the Forklift. If you operate the Forklift beyond the range of
specified application. Ranko is not responsible for any safety problems.
All the safety responsibility for operations of this kind will be born by
users themselves. Under any circumstances, it is not allowed to do
operations that are forbidden by this manual.

Daily Storage
Storage & Maintenance
I. Storage
1. Keep the forks horizontally on the flat ground (chain is in loose
condition) to store the forklift. Try best to store the
F
orklift in dry
place indoors. If you store it outdoors, please use canvas to cover it.
2.
Put the start switch on "of
f
" position then pull out the key and keep
it.
3.
After pulling out the key, operate the working device control lever
slowly for 2 or 3 times in order to remove the remaining
pressure in the oil cylinder and soft pipes, then pull back the control
lever to middle position.
4.
Place the speed-shift lever in neutral gear, and pull up stop brake
control lever.
5. All the parts that have locks shall be locked up and pull out the keys.
6.
In winter time or cold weather (air temperature < 32
°
F
), please
add anti-freezing solution into cooling water( the truck is already
filled with the anti-freezing solution when it leaves the factory). If the
F
orklift is not added the anti-freezing solution, you have to
completely drain the cooling water to prevent the engine from
freezing and cracking.
